This series of truck or buggy mounted drill rig is our most powerful series of top driven drill rigs. The operation of the drill is easy and convenient with its powerful and robust hydraulic system. The power for the drill is taken from the engine, no deck engine is required. This allows you to mount as many facilities as possible into the limited space of chassis.

With air compressor and mud pump mounted, this drill can realize nearly all kinds of drilling methods: Air drilling, DTH hammer drilling, auger drilling, mud drilling, or air reverse drilling.

There are different choices of chassis: 4X4 buggy, 6x6 heavy duty off-road trucks or 6x6 commercial trucks. Based on the chassis model, different air compressor or mud pumps can also be chosen.

With hydraulic actuated breakout cylinder or unscrew fork, the connecting and unscrew of drill pipes is safe and easy. The design and production of the drill rig are in conformity with the HSE standard.

The power swivel is a dual motor power swivel with a variable rotation speed control. This design makes the drilling rig to be suitable for different working applications. With RC swivel and drilling tools, the ZJ-200 drill rig series can be used for reverse drilling for sampling.
